Profile Summary
Wastbygg Gruppen AB (publ) is a Sweden-based contracting and project development company that builds and develops housing, commercial buildings, community properties as well as logistics and industrial facilities. The group includes Wastbygg AB, Rekab Entreprenad AB, Logistic Contractor AB and Inwita Fastigheter AB. Operations are conducted in Sweden and within Logistic Contractor also in Denmark, Norway and Finland. The Company is active in the three business areas Residential , Commercial , which includes community properties, as well as Logistics and industry. Within each business area, Wastbygg works with both contracting assignments and project development. The group's project development organization takes part in the entire chain, from land allocation/acquisition through the permit process and sales to the completed building being handed over.
